Laketown Wharf 333 - 3rd Floor, No Elevator Needed, 3BR, 5 Pools, Beach Access and Gym

Overbearing sewage smell upon entering unit. Smell coming from front bathroom. Messaged InJoy who said they would send someone out but nothing was done about it. Had to keep bathroom door closed with towel across bottom to keep the smell out of the entire unit. Floors were horribly filthy…kids feet were black from walking barefoot. Told that someone would come mop them but that never happened either. Dried food particles on kitchen faucet. There was dish soap provided but NO dish rag and only 1 dish towel. All the cooking utensils were broken, dishwasher had a bad odor to it and kitchen was very minimally stocked. There was not even a salt shaker so don’t plan on cooking! The beds were horribly uncomfortable and the pillows were only about 3 inches thick! Came in one evening to find a bubble on the wall in front bedroom with water running out of the bubble and down the wall. Master bedroom is terribly warm all of the time. In the front bathroom there was a panty liner from the crotch of a swimsuit stuck to the floor. The master shower was covered in mildew/mold and no soap of any kind was provided in the master bathroom. Bathroom door fell off hinges in kids bathroom. Furniture in living room was stained and furniture was pretty well worn out. No sheets were provided for the couch bed. Area rugs were FILTHY. Furniture on patio was literally rotting and breaking apart and cushions should’ve been thrown out/replaced years ago! Nothing at all like pics. Every surface was filthy!

Jul 23 - 26, 2025 very good location 3rd floor with great views of lake. Private and relaxing.great place we slept 5 very comfortable. The only problem was the ice machine did not work
